Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse position in Centralia, Washington. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a busy, multi-patient environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of clinical procedures and responding to acute patient needs with experience in a fast-paced setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 4x12 Night shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license (if applicable), at least 2 years of ER nursing experience with a patient volume of at least 100 patients per day, and familiarity with 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratios. Certifications required include ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic electronic medical record system, prior community hospital or LTAC experience, trauma certification levels, and management of intensive procedures such as BiPAP/CPAP, blood product administration, and ventilated patient care.
• Additional Information: First-time travelers accepted; no on-call required; local candidates not eligible. RTO requests must be included at submission.
• Facility & Patient Care Details: Care for a diverse patient age group, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics, with a daily census of approximately 95 patients. Interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services, interpretation, radiology, social services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
• References: Two references covering a 1-year period (6 months for CNAs) within the past 3 years are required prior to start.
• Modules: Non-billable training modules, averaging 16 hours, to be completed pre-start and annually, recorded in Workramp transcripts.
