We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager to manage client relationships, execute custom projects flawlessly, and build the foundation to transition into an Outside Sales role over time. What You'll Do Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for business owners, executives, and facilities managers - turning visual concepts into tangible products. Business-to-business experience preferred. Flawless Execution & Specs: Oversee custom orders from inquiry to delivery, ensuring precise quotes, artwork specifications, and project timelines. Proactive Follow-Up: Drive repeat business by promptly following up on quotes, project milestones, and client inquiries. Account Growth: Identify upselling opportunities and consult with customers to provide custom graphics solutions tailored to their goals. What We're Looking For Sales Experience: At least 1-3 years in customer-facing sales, account management, or consultative customer service. Detail-Oriented & Organized: High precision with numbers, specs, and deadlines—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. Relentless Follow-Through: You take full ownership of projects and keep clients informed every step of the way. Positive & Adaptable: You bring enthusiasm and optimism to a fast-paced, creative environment. Long-Term Ambition: Eager to master the visual graphics industry and step up into an Outside Sales role as you grow. What We Offer Defined Career Path: Structured transition into Outside Sales with increased earning potential. Compensation: $42,500 - $60,000 based on performance in the first year, with the ability to grow with commissions.
