This contract position offers the versatility of on-site or remote work (remote roles require prior teletherapy experience) and can be tailored to fit either full-time or part-time availability.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Current or eligible California state licensure
- Experience in school environments is an asset, but not mandatory
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and AAC devices beneficial
Your focus will center on conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students, devising and implementing individual treatment plans, and delivering targeted therapy—whether one-on-one or in small groups—to foster communication skills. Collaborating with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams, you’ll ensure continuity and effectiveness in intervention strategies while maintaining clear and thorough documentation regarding student progress and sessions.
