Warehouse - Packaging Associate

The Warehouse - Packaging Associate plays a crucial role within a small team of 1-5 members, directly supporting operations by efficiently packaging products, handling materials, and preparing shipments. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this position requires daily shift work and attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy throughout the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

• Package products according to specifications
• Handle and move materials safely within the warehouse
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards
• Label packages accurately for shipment
• Prepare shipments for outgoing orders
• Fulfill orders promptly and accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Fluent in Spanish
