**What We're Looking For:**

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Controls, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Experience**: 1-3+ years of experience in PLC and HMI programming, SCADA development, and/or control panel design.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in PLC programming, relay control logic, and HMI programming. Strong understanding of AutoCAD for reviewing schematics and drawings.
- **Circuit Design**: Expertise in analog and digital circuit design, including 4-20mA circuits.
- **Practical Experience**: Hands-on with electrical engineering tools and test equipment. Familiarity with component selection and qualification for control and starter panels.
- **Problem-Solver**: Excellent problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
- **Communication & Teamwork**: Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
