What You’ll Do As a barista at The IVY TECH BREW, you’ll be at the heart of our café, delivering exceptional service and delicious beverages. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care. Providing friendly and professional customer service to all guests. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and seating areas. Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with a love for hospitality and a knack for multitasking. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, or similar setting. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Availability to work Monday-Thursday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 7:45 AM to 1:30 PM. A proactive attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
