Since this role is focused on managing the Knowledge Transfer (KT) workstream, can you walk us through the specific phases or methodology you use for a successful KT, from initial documentation to final handover? You will be managing a stream of knowledge transfers in different status/phases. How do you simultaneously track and communicate the progress, risks, and next steps for multiple KTs that are at various stages? Describe a time you managed a knowledge transfer from a third-party vendor to an internal team. What were the unique challenges of managing a KT in a vendor relationship, and how did you ensure the quality of the transferred knowledge? What steps do you take when you client that the knowledge being transferred is incomplete or inaccurate, or if the receiving team is showing resistance or difficulty in absorbing the information? Describe a project you managed recently. How did you define the scope, create a schedule, and ensure the project stayed on track? We are looking for someone who can easily manage a project. Describe your process for identifying potential roadblocks or risks on a project. Can you share an example of a risk you managed recently and how you mitigated it? This role involves managing stream commitments. Describe the system you use—whether digital or personal—to consolidate project data and timelines so that you can provide accurate, real-time status updates to leadership.
