Monitor sanitation, safety, and maintenance protocols. Maintain positive relationships with residents and families. Conduct meal observations, satisfaction surveys, and test trays. Ensure staff follow proper serving techniques and dietary guidelines. Track resident movements and diet changes before meal ticket printing. Lead daily pre-meal meetings and communicate menu details. Generate and manage reports (e.g., Geri Menu, thickened liquids, feeding devices). Monitor refrigerator temperatures and dining room conditions. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of supervised food service experience in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Physical Demands Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Manual dexterity to operate office and kitchen equipment. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling. May be required to remain in a stationary or seated position for extended periods. Use of sensory skills to communicate effectively via phone and in person.
