As a Permanent Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Why join us? 401k match hourly up to $42.66 Job Details Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. Perform general electrical maintenance on forklifts and other machinery. Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components. Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices. Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures. Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations. Circuit breaker corrective maintenance. Work within the SAP system for work order management, time entry, and material requisition. Collaborate with the team to identify machinery problems and come up with efficient solutions. Train and mentor apprentices to foster the next generation of electricians. Adhere to all quality and safety codes. Qualifications: Proven experience as an electrician with a minimum of 5 years in the field. Demonstrated experience in the Tech Services industry. Experience with forklift operations and maintenance. Proficient in using electrical and manual tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter etc.). Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability. Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight. Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician. Valid license to practice the profession. Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power generation, blueprints and maintenance and repair. Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and handling of electrical controls. Journeyman certification is a must.
