Essential Duties

1. Performs a variety of clerical tasks in a professional and service-oriented manner under supervision.
2. Be willing to assist with a variety of event-related tasks as needed.
3. Knowledge of clerical and general office procedures and practices; working knowledge of Canva; knowledge of spelling, grammar and punctuation; knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications and software.
4. Comfortable working with children. Assists with annual Cybersecurity Expo and Cybersecurity Summer Camp.
5. Skilled in the operation of a personal computer, as appropriate to the assignment; skilled in oral and written communication; skilled in interpersonal relations.
6. Ability to organize and complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner; ability to perform work requiring accuracy and attention to detail; ability to operate a variety of office equipment.
7. Serves as secondary contact person for callers and visitors to the Administrative Office.
8. Copies, files and scans documents in accordance with office procedures.
9. Picks up and distributes mail to appropriate personnel.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes.
