Senior Vice President of Sales & Capital Raising A growing real estate investment firm is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales & Capital Raising to join its team. This is a senior, hands-on producer role , with 70%+ of the position focused on personally raising capital from accredited and high-net-worth investors , with the remainder focused on sales leadership and helping scale the firm's capital-raising platform. Key Responsibilities Personally source, develop and close new investor relationships Raise capital across real estate investment and private placement offerings Build relationships with HNW investors, RIAs, wealth managers, family offices and referral partners Lead investor presentations, calls, follow-up and closing discussions Manage and grow a personal investor pipeline Mentor sales professionals and help develop scalable sales processes and KPIs Maintain strong CRM discipline and compliant investor communications Requirements Active FINRA Series 7 & Series 63 Proven track record of personally raising capital Experience with real estate, private placements, alternative investments or securities Strong network of accredited/HNW investors and/or investment professionals Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills High level of professionalism, integrity and compliance awareness Base salary + monthly incentive compensation 401(k) match PTO & paid holidays Annual bonus consideration #J-18808-Ljbffr Blayze Group
