We are currently seeking a IQA - Core Banking (Transact) to join our team in NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Title: Lead QA – Core Banking (Transact)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Lead Quality Analyst with expertise in the banking sector, specifically in Core Banking (Transact).

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality Analysts, Senior Quality Analysts, and QA Engineers, providing guidance and facilitating professional growthDevelop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, roadmaps, and test plans for various Transact projects.Oversee functional regression and nonfunctional testing.Review business requirements and system specs to define test scope approach and plansCollaborate with cross functional teams and manage defect resolution and reportingDrive upstream quality improvements with BA, design and development teamsRequires Temenos testing experience with strong domain knowledge in SME/Corporate lending.Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and JIRA ConfluenceMust be systematic, proactive and capable of leading distributed teams effectively

Skills and Qualifications: 8-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years as Core bankingProven experience as a Quality Analyst in the banking sector.In-depth knowledge of multiple modules (including Arrangement Architecture AA) of Core Banking Transact.Must have experience in Automation testingFamiliarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.Strong communication stakeholder management and team leadership skills
