Field Service Technician II

Field Service Technician II at Baxter performs cleaning, disinfection, operational checks, and minor repairs on medical equipment in service centers and customer locations. Role includes 24/7 on-call support and requires valid driver's license with DOT physical certification.
Responsibilities
- Move, inspect, and transport medical equipment within service centers, healthcare facilities, and patient homes
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Provide on-call technical support on 24/7 basis including weekends and holidays
- Operate company vehicles ranging from cargo vans to 26,000-pound trucks
- Train hospital staff and caregivers on proper product use and demonstrate device functionality
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license and current DOT physical card
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds safely
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Compensation: $48,000 - $66,000 base salary
