Job Title: Central Marketing Support Coordinator
Location: 1 Becton Drive, Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, 07417

Summary:

A modern operational role supporting four Central Marketing VPs. It blends executive support with AI-driven productivity tools (like Copilot) to speed up, organize, and elevate marketing workflows, communications, and meeting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, schedules, and agendas for four VPs.
• Use approved AI tools to draft summaries, communications, and documents while building reusable prompts.
• Maintain structured folders, templates, and version control in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track action items, and streamline recurring deliverables.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications) or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in executive support, marketing coordination, or operations.
• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and collaborative digital environments.

Must Have:

• AI & Digital Enablement: Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot-style platforms) to boost productivity, automate workflows, and enhance content quality.
• Digital Tools & Collaboration Platforms: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital team spaces.
• Executive Communication: Strong written/verbal skills to translate complex inputs into clear executive-level summaries and presentations.
• Executive Operations & Calendar Management: Proven ability to manage multi-leader schedules, competing priorities, and meeting readiness.
• Structured Thinking & Attention to Detail: Ability to organize complex information, spot risks/opportunities, and maintain high accuracy under pressure.

• Change Coordination & Enablement: Experience supporting large-scale initiatives and driving global adoption.
• Project & Program Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and enforce execution discipline.
