What You'll Do:

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, advise on market conditions, and develop effective interview and hiring strategies.
• Build customized sourcing plans for 15-25 open requisitions, using direct sourcing, networking, job postings, social media, and targeted outreach.
• Expand talent pipelines by developing relationships with diverse talent communities, specialty groups, and external partners.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to introduce recruiting best practices, tools, methodologies, and process improvements.
• Manage candidate compensation discussions and negotiate compelling offers that support successful hires and a positive candidate experience.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
• 5+ years of experience with Full cycle talent acquisition in the technical space.
• 5+ years of experience in all sourcing methods including LinkedIn recruiter, social media, networking, and with diversity sourcing.
• 5+ years of experience building credibility with hiring managers and using market knowledge to advise on talent strategy

What Sets You Apart:

• Knowledge of local regulatory compliance and employment law.
• Proficiency using an Applicant Tracking system, common desktop applications, and social media usage.
• Experience with SuccessFactors.
