Starting Pay: $35.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for technology-focused positions. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruiting strategies, identify qualified talent, and successfully fill open positions within established hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and candidate closing.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to conduct intake meetings and define position requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop customized sourcing and recruiting strategies for 15-25 active requisitions at a time.
• Source candidates through social media, networking, direct outreach, referrals, and specialty/diversity organizations.
• Advise Hiring Managers on market conditions, candidate availability, compensation, and hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified technical talent.
• Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and sourcing methodologies.
• Maintain knowledge of compensation, benefits, salary structures, and incentive programs.
• Develop and negotiate competitive offer packages to successfully close candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred , with a strong focus on technical/technology positions.
• Strong experience with direct sourcing, social media recruiting, networking, and talent pipeline development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Experience partnering with and advising Hiring Managers on talent acquisition strategies.
• Knowledge of employment laws and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and social recruiting platforms.
• SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
