Your Role: Compassion in Action

As a CNA, you will:

• Direct Resident Support : Assist with daily needs including bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility with a gentle and respectful touch.

• Attentive Monitoring : Carefully track vitals and behavior, acting as a compassionate advocate for resident health and safety when reporting to medical staff.

• Promoting Well-being : Support residents in exercise and social activities to ensure their holistic welfare.

3k Sign-On bonus for FT Evening Shift

• Flexible Schedules : Full-time and Part-time roles available.

• Shifts : Hiring for all shifts

• Hours : 16 – 40 hours per week.

• Setting : A supportive Long-Term Care and Nursing Home environment.

• Extra Earning Potential : Bonus opportunities, shift differentials for evening and night shifts and overtime pay.

What We're Looking For

• Certification : Must possess a valid CNA Certification per IDPH HCWR guidelines.

• Experience : 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred.

• Skills : CPR Certification is a plus.

• Location : Ability to commute to or relocate to Breese, IL.
