Apartment Leasing Consultant – Hillsboro, OR
Pay: $21–$24/hour DOE
Schedule: Friday-Tuesday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | Saturday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Career Strategies is now hiring an experienced  Apartment Leasing Consultant for a community in Hillsboro, OR. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who can confidently manage leasing responsibilities while delivering excellent service to residents and prospects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and engage prospective residents
• Process rental applications and prepare lease documentation
• Follow up on phone, email, and internet leads
• Maintain accurate resident files and data entry
• Provide outstanding customer service to current residents
• Assist with marketing efforts and outreach
• Support day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:

• Prior apartment leasing experience required
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic
• Comfortable working Saturdays
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with property management software is a plus
