Your Role & Experience as a Trainee Deliver direct ABA therapy and gain experience leading components of programming under BCBA supervision. Assist with functional assessments, treatment planning, and goal setting based on clinical frameworks. Participate in family training sessions and team meetings to develop collaborative care skills.
