Operations Analyst

- Duration: Approx 5 months - through end of 2026
- Start: June 2026
- Ensure trades are confirmed accurately and on time to reduce risk
- Spot and fix differences in trade details between the firm and clients
- Resolve confirmation issues and discrepancies
- Coordinate with counterparties on trade documentation
- Escalate problems to Trading/Sales when needed
- Track and follow up on trade confirmations and matching
- Flag and escalate high-risk trades
- Help resolve operational issues quickly
- 1–2 years’ experience in financial operations, trade support, or similar role
- Basic understanding of derivatives risk and controls
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain control standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
About : Our client, a leading global financial services is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Equities Affirmation & Confirmation Specialist to join our Operations team. This role suits someone with 1–2 years of experience in financial operations who wants to build expertise in equity derivatives and risk management. You will help ensure trade details are accurately affirmed, reduce economic risk, and support both internal teams and external clients.
