Experienced Business Analyst (Immediate Hire)

At Cicero-MGT, the Business Analyst serves as a key contributor within project teams, bridging data analysis and strategic insight to support client engagements. This role builds on foundational analytical skills and requires prior professional experience to independently manage workstreams, contribute to client deliverables, and mentor junior team members. This position is specifically designed for candidates with 1–3 years of full-time, post-graduate professional experience , preferably in consulting or similarly fast-paced, analytical environments. As a Cicero-MGT Business Analyst, you will: Own and execute core project workstreams, including data analysis, research, and synthesis of findings Translate data into actionable insights and contribute to strategic recommendations Develop client-ready deliverables (presentations, reports, models) with minimal oversight Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders Support project planning, timelines, and budget tracking Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients Guide and mentor junior analysts, providing feedback on work quality and approach Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments While there is no single educational or professional background that best prepares you for a fulfilling career at Cicero-MGT, we typically look for the following qualifications: 1–3 years of full-time, post-graduate professional experience REQUIRED (strong preference for consulting experience) Demonstrated experience in analytical, problem-solving, or client-facing roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in team environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in management/strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environments Exposure to client-facing work and stakeholder management Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, or market research Familiarity with data visualization and presentation best practices There is no single skill set that best prepares you for a fulfilling career at Cicero-MGT, but the below skills are incredibly useful in our work: Analytical thinking and structured problem solving Data analysis and interpretation Professional communication and storytelling Project and time management Collaboration and teamwork Attention to detail and quality control NOTE: We currently do not accept candidates that require sponsorship, nor are we able to provide sponsorship opportunities to candidates.
