Real Estate Investment - Senior Analyst / Associate

Amity Companies is seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate to join our team focused on investing in affordable housing properties and platforms. Responsibilities Analyze investment opportunities sourced through brokers, investment bankers, and off‑market channels. Assist with due diligence on property acquisitions to ensure smooth transitions. Interface with property managers, contractors, and third‑party service providers to implement asset business plans. Support special projects including corporate private equity and structured financing. Other duties as required. Requirements 2+ years of experience in affordable housing investment, development, finance, or asset management. Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Excel. Willingness to travel (~25%).
