Retail Sales Manager Exp: 2+ yrs Location: Salem Product: Cement Education: B.E (Mandatory) Role & responsibilities Drive sales through distributor & retailer onboarding, relationship management, and revenue tracking. Identify key channel partners in the assigned territory and expand retail footprint. Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability at channel points. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across SKUs. Conduct regular market visits to understand trends, gather feedback, and drive pricing inputs. Ensure distributor hygiene stock planning, credit discipline, and timely claims processing. Train and enable distributor sales teams (DSRs) to improve last-mile sales effectiveness. Track performance metrics using CRM tools and support digital adoption among channel partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
