Associate Sales Representative - Kansas City - Surgical Technologies

Entry-level field sales position supporting surgical technology solutions in the Kansas City area. The Associate Sales Representative will assist experienced representatives with account management, clinical support, and territory growth while building foundational sales experience in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities and account management across assigned territory
• Prepare for and assist with product evaluations and clinical procedures in operating room and procedural settings
• Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on appropriate use and best practices
• Manage inventory, case preparation, and product availability within territory
• Track sales activities, maintain account records, and support reporting and business development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout assigned territory
• 1 year outside sales, field sales, or customer-facing role experience preferred
• Medical device, healthcare, or business-to-business sales environment exposure preferred
• Demonstrated responsibility through work, athletics, academics, or military service preferred

Compensation: $70,000 salary plus potential bonus and benefits
