Senior Surgical Onsite Specialist - Lung Health (Kansas City, MO)

Medtronic seeks a Senior Surgical Onsite Specialist for lung health in Kansas City to provide procedural support, training, and clinical expertise across a multistate territory. The role combines on-site case assistance, physician education, and sales support while requiring extensive travel and field-based work.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time procedural assistance and technical support during on-site surgical cases
- Lead training sessions for physicians and staff on lung health product applications
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and bridge communication with internal teams
- Support product trials, implementations, and physician proficiency development initiatives
- Manage inventory tracking and maintain accurate product availability for procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with three years sales, clinical, or relevant experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel up to 75% including overnight stays
- Reside within 50 miles of assigned Kansas City territory
- B2B or medical device sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, MS Teams
