ServiceNow Technical Lead
Our client, a government agency in the public sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to join their team. As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be part of the IT department supporting critical enterprise operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (On-site)
Clearance: TS SCI
Pay Range: Open
What's the Job?
- Provide high-level architectural expertise for ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements.
- Develop and deliver architectural products and strategic solutions for enterprise and operational business lines.
- Design infrastructure and system strategies to support organizational goals.
- Advise on technological purchases related to processing, data storage, and application development.
- Set standards for database structures and advise on future project feasibility.
What's Needed?
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and system configuration.
- Proven ability to develop enterprise-level solutions and infrastructure strategies.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary background checks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and management.
- Willingness to work onsite in the Washington, DC area.
