** About the opportunity **

This publicly traded technology infrastructure company in Georgetown, TX designs, deploys, and equips data centers and other complex technology environments. This is an immediate, full-time contract need reporting to the Director of Operations. You will own the end-to-end purchasing cycle, from requisition review and supplier selection through negotiation and purchase order issuance, working closely with supply chain, production, and finance. Strong performers may have the opportunity to convert to a full-time role.

** What you'll do **

• Manage the full purchasing cycle: requisitions, supplier selection, negotiation, and PO issuance
• Source materials and services from domestic and global suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements
• Use ERP and MRP systems to track inventory, forecast demand, and time procurement to production schedules
• Analyze spend data and drive cost reduction through supplier consolidation and alternative sourcing
• Keep purchase orders, supplier contracts, and inventory records accurate and audit-ready
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, and contract issues quickly

** What we're looking for **

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years in purchasing or supply management
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP and MRP systems
• Proven supplier negotiation and cost reduction experience

Nice-to-haves:

• CPSM or CPP certification
• Global sourcing and international supplier experience
• Manufacturing or production environment background
• Familiarity with bar code inventory systems and spend management tools

Full-time contract with possible conversion to permanent based on performance and business need. Onsite in Georgetown, TX. Standard business hours with some flexibility on start and end times.
