Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director to lead and oversee our mental health and substance use disorder treatment programs. The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of behavioral health care, and expertise in program development, compliance, and clinical supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all mental health and substance use disorder services
• Ensure compliance with insurance carrier requirements, documentation standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical protocols, policies, and best practices
• Oversee and coordinate patient care, ensuring individualized and effective treatment planning
• Create and manage group therapy schedules and program structure
• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions as needed
• Conduct 1:1 sessions and provide clinical support to therapists and staff
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical team members
• Perform regular chart audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Monitor program performance and implement improvements as necessary

Qualifications:

• Active licensure in a clinical field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of insurance requirements, utilization review, and documentation standards
• Experience developing group programming and clinical protocols
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
