DiGeronimo Development is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Leasing Co-Op to join our team in Ohio. You will support leasing and marketing for commercial and residential properties, maximize occupancy, and build relationships with tenants, prospects and clients. A typical day includes creating branded content with the Marketing Manager, maintaining content calendars, analyzing data, guiding social media and events, assisting with leasing documentation, and supporting lease-ups and renewals. #J-18808-Ljbffr DiGeronimo Companies
