This remote position offers the opportunity to be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinate support efforts across departments, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
Track and manage customer support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the company CRM system.
Identify trends in customer issues and communicate insights to management for continuous improvement.
Support the development and updating of customer support materials and FAQs.
Assist in scheduling and managing virtual meetings or calls with customers as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor that reflects All Springs Manufacturing’s commitment to quality service.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer support or coordination roles, preferably in a virtual setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Proficiency with CRM software, helpdesk platforms, and common office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace to support virtual work requirements. Salary : $27.00 per hour
