Immigration Attorney
BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks an Immigration Attorney in Silver Spring, MD. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and qualified attorney with a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume practice. Immigration experience is preferred, but candidates with experience in other legal areas are encouraged to apply. Duties Meet with potential new clients Coordinate case and legal strategy Manage multiple cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlines Train and supervise staff Prepare and revise court documents Conduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memoranda Keep abreast of legislative changes and judicial case law Market the law firm's services Work one Saturday a month with potential bonuses for new clients Cross-sell various other practices within the law firm Handle court hearings and trials Requirements J.D. from an ABA Accredited Law School Active Bar License in Good Standing from any US State or PR Authorized to work in the US Fluent in Spanish Immigration experience (1 year or more) Education J.D. from an ABA Accredited Law School Certifications Active Bar License in Good Standing from any US State or PR Skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong business acumen Ability to manage a large team of paralegals Project management skills Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Vacations Sick Time Off Performance bonus opportunities Paid Birthday and Work Anniversary off 401K Plan Life Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
