Job Overview A law firm seeks a dedicated Immigration Attorney for a full‑time, on‑site position in Washington, DC. This role involves working closely with experienced attorneys on a variety of complex immigration matters, providing both administrative and substantive legal support. Duties Prepare case filings for EOIR, BIA, and USCIS. Draft and review legal documents including motions, affidavits, and memoranda. Maintain professional communication with clients. Organize and analyze case documents and client evidence. Manage deadlines and cases effectively. Requirements Barred in at least one state. Some experience in immigration law. Excellent legal writing and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar license in at least one state. Skills Strong writing skills. Attention to detail. Proficiency in French preferred.
