Bilingual Immigration Associate Attorney – Removal Defense & Humanitarian Relief

Location: Old Town Alexandria, VA

Full-Time, On-Site

\n

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 + Profit Sharing + Firm-Funded Pension

\n

\n

We are seeking a Bilingual Immigration Associate Attorney to manage an independent caseload focused on removal defense, humanitarian relief, and family-based immigration . The attorney will represent clients before Immigration Court and USCIS, handle hearings, develop case strategies, and prepare legal briefs, motions, declarations, and evidence packages.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Manage cases from intake through resolution.
\n
• Handle Master Calendar, Bond, and Individual/Merits Hearings.
\n
• Represent clients in asylum, CAT, cancellation, U/T visas, VAWA, SIJS, TPS, adjustment, waivers, and family-based matters.
\n
• Draft briefs, motions, declarations, and supporting evidence.
\n
• Communicate effectively with clients in Spanish and English .
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Active U.S. law license in good standing.
\n
• Fluent in Spanish and English , written and spoken.
\n
• 3–5+ years of immigration law experience , with substantial Immigration Court/removal defense experience.
\n
• Proven experience independently handling bond and merits hearings.
\n
• Strong legal writing, judgment, and client-management skills.
\n
