We are the go-to recruiters helping scale exceptional teams across Engineering, Project Development, Operations, and Commercial functions in the energy and infrastructure space. We're growing fast and looking for sharp, hungry, motivated individuals to join our Energy Solutions team. This is a delivery-focused role (180 desk) - you'll be working existing client vacancies rather than chasing new business, with a heavy focus on candidate sourcing and cold outreach. What is the job? Own candidate sourcing, cold outreach, qualification, and closing for live vacancies across our energy and infrastructure clients Manage the end-to-end delivery process for multiple live roles, from brief to placement Build and maintain a strong, active talent pipeline through proactive, consistent candidate outreach Develop deep market knowledge across renewables, power, grid, and broader infrastructure to become a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers Work closely with your team and leadership to hit delivery targets and turn briefs around at pace What is in it for you?
