Endodontic Associate to Partner

Our private endodontic practice is seeking an Endodontic Associate who has the potential and drive to become a partner in the future. We are open to the postition being part time or full time. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional endodontic care to our patients, collaborating with our referrals, and contributing to the growth and success of the practice. You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the‑art equipment and cutting‑edge technologies in a supportive and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for endodontics, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering compassionate patient care. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with patients and colleagues. In addition to clinical proficiency, the Associate should demonstrate leadership qualities and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic dental practice setting. Job responsibilities will include performing root canal treatments, diagnosing and addressing dental issues, educating patients on oral health, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Associate will be encouraged to participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance their skills and stay current with advancements in endodontic care.
