Partner - Intellectual Property Litigation

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Partner in St. Louis, MO. This role offers a strategic growth opportunity within a dynamic IP practice group, focusing on complex patent disputes and trademark litigation. Duties Lead and manage sophisticated IP litigation cases in federal court. Advise clients on patent and trademark litigation strategies. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals across various offices. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Contribute to the growth of the IP practice group. Requirements Minimum of 8 years of IP litigation experience, primarily in patent litigation. Experience in managing all phases of IP litigation. Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships. Portable book of business preferred, but not required. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills. JD from an accredited law school. Active bar license in good standing. Skills Strong strategic judgment and advocacy skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
