Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with functional impairments and disabilities, crafting individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices.
• Provide ongoing consultation and communication with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive continuum of care for each patient.
• Engage with patients from diverse backgrounds, maintaining high standards of service while adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment processes, outcomes, and necessary adjustments, adhering to established legal and ethical standards.
• Supervise and guide assigned support staff in their responsibilities, enhancing team efficiency and patient care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Atlantic Physical Therapy, you will work with a varied client base, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. You will engage in developing rehabilitation strategies that empower each patient to regain function and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification must be obtained and maintained.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential to facilitate effective interactions with patients and the healthcare team.
• Proficiency in word processing and electronic medical record systems is necessary to maintain accurate records and manage documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Experience with rehabilitation technologies and methodologies is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Our offerings include:
