Work Environment

Our facility provides an onsite work setting conducive to teamwork and effective patient interaction. Operating Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, our clinic thrives on an atmosphere where communication and cooperation among healthcare providers are paramount. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments focusing on each patient's functional mobility, using standardized testing tools and observational methods.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized therapy interventions in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to meet each patient's unique needs.
• Educate and motivate patients, creating tailored home exercise programs and setting clear, achievable goals based on their progress.
• Document patient interactions and progress accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance with clinical standards and facilitate communication among team members.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, streamline treatment strategies, and enhance multidisciplinary collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients we serve range from those recovering from post-surgical procedures to individuals with chronic pain and mobility impairments. Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
