Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Old Bridge, NJ, where therapists typically work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, focusing on functional mobility and therapeutic needs to design appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions, customizing each session to build strength, improve mobility, and rehabilitate injuries.
• Work collaboratively with a variety of healthcare providers within the clinic to optimize patient outcomes and ensure a cohesive treatment approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New Jersey Physical Therapist License or be eligible for licensure.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably within an outpatient clinic setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
