Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to create individualized treatment plans for patients referred by physicians, ensuring alignment with medical guidance.
• Implement and monitor treatment protocols that encompass various methodologies, maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.
• Deliver expert rehabilitation services across a range of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary approach.
• Educate and empower patients and their families through consultations and training, ensuring they are engaged in their healing process.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and contribute to a supportive clinic environment that fosters positive patient experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinicians work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• Licensure in Physical Therapy within the state of New Jersey, ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
• The Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to patients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Proficient in using computer systems for managing patient records and scheduling.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with patients and maintain a positive attitude in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is highly desirable.
• Two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, specifically within outpatient physical therapy, to enhance the quality of care offered to patients.
• Proof of current CPR certification to ensure readiness in emergency care scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits
