Work Environment

This position is based onsite, within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Old Bridge, NJ. Our clinic fosters a collaborative atmosphere where physical therapists work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment for our patients. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance while focusing on delivering top-notch care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care plans tailored to each patient's health goals and specific needs.
• Manage a balanced patient caseload, ensuring adequate time is dedicated to each individual for optimal recovery.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, drawing upon previous experience to inform treatment methodologies.
• Employ cost-effective therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' mobility and physical function.
• Encourage non-invasive approaches to treatment, minimizing reliance on medication and promoting holistic recovery.
• Design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation care plans that include a variety of treatment modalities and patient engagement strategies.
• Develop personalized fitness and wellness programs that empower patients to take control of their health.
• Provide evidence-based interventions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, including strength training and mobility exercises.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they feel supported and encouraged.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their mobility and quality of life, allowing them to return to their daily activities and recreational pursuits effectively. Qualifications

• Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possess an active and impeccable Physical Therapist license in New Jersey with no history of sanctions or board actions.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of various manual therapy techniques and physical rehabilitation practices.
• Exhibit a solid background in creating successful rehabilitative exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, to ensure accurate documentation and care tracking.
• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in physical therapy methods and best practices.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have several years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, showcasing their ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment. Previous experience in a sports medicine or rehabilitation facility would be an advantage, as would showings of self-motivation and adaptability in evolving clinical situations.

Compensation and Benefits

True Motion Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
