Work Environment

Our Old Bridge outpatient office offers a supportive and dynamic environment where our orthopedic team collaborates closely to deliver exceptional care. You will find a well-equipped facility designed to facilitate a range of therapies, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and pain management strategies. The office is open Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and rehabilitation goals, employing a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' physical conditions, mobility, and strength, documenting all findings and treatment progress meticulously.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies to help minimize reliance on medications and avoid unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Motivate and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey by providing education and support to enhance their understanding of their conditions and the importance of rehabilitation.
• Utilize tools and methodologies such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote healing and improve functional abilities.
• Regularly evaluate progress and adapt treatment plans based on patients' responses to therapy while maintaining detailed records of interventions and outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and collaboration with colleagues to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in orthopedic therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients dealing with orthopedic issues, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and degenerative conditions affecting joints and muscles. Understanding the specific needs of diverse patient populations, including active individuals and seniors, is critical in ensuring effective care delivery tailored to their life stages and activity levels.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is essential.
• Current certification as a Licensed Physical Therapist with no prior disciplinary actions.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to forge positive relationships with patients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits
