Key Responsibilities

• Oversee discharge planning, ensuring that patients receive appropriate follow-up care; this includes thorough documentation and timely charges related to all patient care activities.
• Efficiently manage your schedule to meet productivity expectations, maintaining regular attendance and punctuality for meetings, while participating in marketing and outreach initiatives to promote community awareness of our services.
• Contribute to departmental goals through active participation in quality improvement projects and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
• Take initiative in pursuing continuing education opportunities to enhance your clinical expertise and guide the training of students and new staff as a clinical instructor.
