Work Environment

You will work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, equipped with cutting-edge technology and therapeutic tools. As part of your role, you will engage in scheduled hours of 40 hours per week, with weekend shifts varying based on clinic needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients with functional limitations or disabilities, developing customized treatment plans based on their individual needs.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Consult with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care and reinforce continuity of care.
• Maintain precise documentation of treatment sessions, patient interactions, and insurance billing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient updates and collaborate on various treatment strategies.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs that reflect Lifepoint's commitment to patient care and community engagement.
• Support and supervise physical therapy assistants (PTAs), aides, and interns, providing guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
