Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of three patients per hour, providing individualized treatment to ensure optimal recovery and progress.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify needs and establish effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Implement diverse therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, ensuring a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using CureMD EMR systems.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to coordinate comprehensive care plans that promote optimal patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, techniques for pain management, and strategies for enhancing recovery at home.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinic primarily serves adult patients aged 40-65, many of whom are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals regain mobility, strength, and confidence in their daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess and develop tailored treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster rapport with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient setting, specifically in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Prior experience documenting in electronic medical records systems, particularly CureMD, is an advantage but not required.
• A strong understanding of various therapy modalities and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
