Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient office located in the heart of Middletown, NJ—a vibrant community known for its supportive atmosphere and focus on health and wellness. Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment and care plans based on thorough assessments of each patient's unique needs.
• Monitoring and documenting patients' progress in electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Communicating effectively and collaborating with referring physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure a seamless patient care experience.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
