Work Environment

You will work in a rehabilitation facility where a positive, supportive, and collaborative atmosphere is emphasized. The scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, allowing for a well-rounded work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, determining individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals.
• Administer effective therapeutic services, thereby using targeted techniques to improve patients' mobility and functionality.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with patients and their families while contributing to the organization's overall service excellence.
• Engage in team collaborations to maximize patient outcomes through a multidisciplinary approach that includes consultations with other healthcare professionals.
• Provide at-home care when necessary, implementing treatment plans to encourage recovery consistent with the physician's guidelines.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers by sharing knowledge about rehabilitation processes and preventive care strategies.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute towards meeting other business objectives, aligning personal performance with the clinic's mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. Your role will involve treating patients who are recovering from surgeries, injuries, or managing chronic pain, allowing you to utilize a varied and enriching skill set to address each patient's unique therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a recognized and accredited physical therapy program.
• Active state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a relevant physical therapy setting, with a strong focus on orthopedic cases.
• Current certification in CPR, ensuring preparedness for various situations within the clinical setting.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with experience in specialized areas such as pediatric or sports injury rehabilitation will be seen as advantageous. Experience in providing home health therapy services may also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
