Liberty Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. Work Environment

This position is located at our Lincroft, New Jersey outpatient office, where you will be working onsite in a collaborative environment designed to foster professional growth and productivity. Your work week will consist of Monday to Friday, with a standard 40-hour shift. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to develop individual treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress in alignment with the physician's plan of care.
• Create a positive patient experience by demonstrating exemplary customer service and engaging with patients meaningfully.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, leveraging evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate, consult, and train patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safety precautions, and strategies to maintain functional improvements after treatment.
• Utilize specialized techniques in therapy sessions, including modalities, manual therapy, and exercise prescription, to facilitate recovery and improve functional status.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment efficacy.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to the clinic's operational objectives while adhering to standards of quality and efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic trauma, which includes a broad range of conditions such as post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and musculoskeletal dysfunction. This diverse caseload allows you to continually enhance your clinical skills while impacting the lives of individuals at various stages of their recovery. As you build therapeutic relationships with your clients, you will also engage with pediatric and neurologic populations, providing even deeper insights into specialized care practices.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• State licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a related setting is essential.
• Current CPR certification is required to ensure patient safety during therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

While the required qualification includes relevant clinical experience, candidates with a strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation, familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, and a passion for community service will be particularly well-suited for this role. Experience working in a collaborative team environment is also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
