Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient evaluations, gathering thorough medical histories, and interpreting diagnostic results to design effective treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized exercise programs to aid in the recovery of orthopedic conditions, ensuring that you adjust the plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and soft tissue mobilization skills to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies and lifestyle adjustments to optimize their recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation, including treatment notes and progress reports, using our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create holistic treatment approaches and ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing training and development by sharing knowledge and training junior staff or interns.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association and the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practices and patient management.

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills tailored for 'Direct Access' physical therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
