Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Century Impact Orthopedic Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional capabilities.
• Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, setting realistic goals tailored to each individual's needs.
• Implementing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Analyzing patient progress through regular assessments and modifying treatments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and case managers to ensure holistic patient care.
• Monitoring and supervising physical therapy assistants, ensuring effective execution of treatment plans while providing mentorship and guidance.
• Documenting clinical findings, treatment progress, and outcomes in a timely manner, and preparing discharge summaries as required.
• Educating patients and their families about treatment protocols and exercises, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
• Conducting in-home evaluations and providing recommendations to improve clients' functional independence in their home environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist licensure in the state of New Jersey, in good standing.
• One (1) year of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient or home care setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in the following areas will be given preference:

• Working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
